Shipping Conditions, Purchase Order,  Payment Terms

Data necessary for shipping:
- Delivery address
- Invoice address
- Phone number (for the courier)

- For delivery in Germany: 
   All prices plus VAT 19%  (in German: Preise zuzüglich 19 % Mehrwertsteuer). Delivery free of charge.

- For delivery to EU countries: 
Your sales tax identification number (VATIN) is necessary for delivery free of tax. Before shipment, Niomech has to verify your sales tax  identification number for the German Revenue .  Shipping cost for delivery to EU countries: minimum amount 40 EUR. The amount will be included in the invoice you receive directly from us.

- For delivery to countries outside EU: 
Option 1 (normally used): Ask for shipping and handling costs before delivery. The fixed amount will be included in the invoice you receive  directly from us.
Option 2: Your courier account number (FedEx or another courier). Please pay the costs of transport and customs clearance charges directly to the courier. 
   
- For tracking your delivery:
Please ask for the courier's tracking number.
